Chick-fil-A Airport Road Training

We are now focusing heavily on Certified Trainers doing a more hands-on approach with new team members as opposed to a lot of Pathway.  Days 1-5 will consist of trainers using our "Training Tracker" cards with the trainee and signing off at the end of the shift that the trainee is knowledgeable in that area.  Pathway is now only required for certain modules conveyed in the cards.
