New Training System!
For new team member training, we do a more hands-on approach. The initial weeks of training will consist of trainers using our "Training Tracker" cards with the trainee and signing off at the end of the shift that the trainee is knowledgeable in that area. Pathway is now only required for certain modules conveyed in the cards.
