My family and I are so excited to have you as a part of our team. While working at Chick-fil-A Airport Road, we hope that you:

Experience growth as an individual - We aim to make our store better everyday and it starts with making you better. Our leaders will challenge you to make our store as efficient as possible. This may mean changing your mindset. Grow with us!
Are treated with honor, dignity, and respect - The culture of our store is so important to us. How we treat each other matters. Grace and kindness are principles emulated daily!
Have fun! Truett Cathy, our founder, once said "if you're not having fun you're not doing it right!”.

During our initial team member orientation we will go over many items including policy, how to be successful at this store, and who we are as a company. Until then, here are a few things about us!

The Four C's

Those that display all attributes of the Four C's will be successful at Chick-fil-A Airport Road

Chemistry - How well you get along with the team. Are you a team player? Do you communicate well with others? Are you spreading positivity instead of negativity? Get to know one another and help maintain our positive environment!
Competence - Your ability to learn and understand your job. Utilizing the right tools and asking the right questions will help you here.
Character - Your morality, integrity, who you are as a person. Are you loyal? Trustworthy? Can we count on you?
Consistency - How you show up to work on a consistent basis. We all have bad days, but we need to do our best to leave those things at the door before we show up to work.

What to Expect During Your First Week

When you are ready for training, you will be paired with one of our Certified Trainers, Team Leaders, Managers, or tenured Team Members. Each day the trainer will use our training tracker cards and check off the items that you have learned.
