My family and I are so excited to have you as a part of our team. While working at Chick-fil-A Airport Road, we hope that you:

During our initial team member orientation we will go over many items including policy, how to be successful at this store, and who we are as a company. Until then, here are a few thing to get you started!

The Four C's

Those that display all attributes of the Four C's will be successful at Chick-fil-A Airport Road

Chemistry - How well you get along with the team. Are you a team player? Do you communicate well with others? Are you spreading positivity instead of negativity? Get to know one another and help maintain our positive environment!
Competence - Your ability to learn and understand your job. Utilizing the right tools and asking the right questions will help you here.
Character - Your morality, integrity, who you are as a person. Are you loyal? Trustworthy? Can we count on you?
Consistency - How you show up to work on a consistent basis. We all have bad days, but we need to do our best to leave those things at the door before we show up to work.

First Steps as a New Chick-fil-A Airport Road Team Member

1. Finish onboarding paperwork

2. Download the required applications for communication and scheduling

3. Complete the mini orientation

We schedule our orientation during the last week of each month. Until you do our full orientation, please complete this one to get an idea of how we operate. Look over call out procedures, uniform information, etc.

4. Read policy documents to familiarize yourself before your first day

6. Enroll in Direct2Care

9. Understand the training process and what to expect your first week

When you are ready for training, you will be paired with either the Training Manager or a Team Leader, Manager, or a Senior Team Member. Each day the trainer will use our training tracker cards and check off the items that you have learned.
