Q: I am sick and I need to call out of work, how does this work?
A: You may only call out of work due to issues that cause vomiting or fever. If you are having minor stomach issues, anxiety, or feeling under the weather, we ask that you push through. If you do need to call out due to sickness, please contact our Talent Director after 8AM. If you are calling out for an early morning shift before 8AM, please call the store.
Q: I messed up my schedule and I can't work one of the days that I am scheduled, what should I do?
A: If you have incorrectly set your availability or you forget to ask off for a day, you must work unless you find someone to cover your shift. If you do not find someone to cover your shift, you must work.
Q: I don't understand HotSchedules, setting availability, asking off, etc.
A: Please go to our required key apps page HERE and scroll to the bottom to HotSchedules tutorials. There are instructions for each item.
Q: I need a new uniform or would like to purchase an additional item like a jacket.
