Download and Setup Key Apps

What is it? 

• Primary area where team members can view their schedules, find links for specific resources, view upcoming events, etc.

To set up:

1. Download Central Avenue from the links above

2. Sign in using your CFA credentials (message Talent Director for information if you do not have it)

3. Update your profile

What is it? 

• Used for communication between team
• Specific chat groups for various areas of the restaurant
• Call or send messages to leadership or fellow team members

To set up:

1. Download Telegram from the app store

2. Sign up 

3. Add groups (click on buttons below to be added in each)

What is it? 

• Used for communication from Operator and Directors to the team
• Content includes store news, rollouts, new programs or initiatives, policy reminders
• Mandatory for all team members

What is it? 

• Used for communication between team members
• A place to ask questions or to just communicate with the team
• Mandatory for all team members

What is it? 

• A marketplace chat to list items for other team members to see or purchase
• Optional, not required

By joining this chat, you agree to the following

1. Do not list anything inappropriate, weird, or illegal

2. Any deal made is between you and the other person.  Chick-fil-A Airport Road will not be involved in any way.

What is it? 

• Used for scheduling
• Submit your availability, time off requests, trade shifts, etc.

To set up:

1. To set up your HotSchedules account, you will be provided with a welcome email by the People Director or Office Manager.

2. If you have not received a welcome email, please contact the People Director or Office Manager

3. Once the account has been created you will receive two emails from no-reply@hotschedules.com. 

• The first will request to confirm the email address
• The second will be the Welcome Email

4. Open the Welcome Email and select the Create Your Profile button  

5. The browser will open a new tab and direct to the setup page with the email address pre-populated

• Enter the required information for each field
• Select CREATE YOUR PROFILE

Each field will display a checkmark icon once it meets the necessary requirements. The CREATE YOUR PROFILE button will not be selectable if any of the fields do not meet the requirements.

6. Accept the User Agreement

7. Once the user agreement is accepted, the Home page will display
