Remarkable Futures Education College Benefit Program

 To be eligible for this benefit, the following is required:

• New team members must work for at least 90 days before they are eligible for the benefit.
• Team members must work for an average of 25 hours per week.
• Seasonal team members, those that only work for a limited time during the year, do not qualify.
• If you do not qualify for benefits, you can still access the free programs offered in the chart below.

Right now, the schools listed are the only schools that are part of this program. Many schools accept transfer credits from other schools. Please make sure with your academic advisor that they accept the transfer credit before making any decisions. 

As long as the team member stays under their annual tuition cap (explained on the next page), they pay nothing. If the team member goes over their annual tuition cap, they pay the difference.

• Ex. John is a team member and his classes will cost $1500. $1295 is covered, John pays the difference, $205.

If a Team Member’s employment ends while in the middle of a course, the Team Member will no longer be eligible to enroll in additional courses through this program. They will be able to complete their in-progress course.

If a Team Member transitions to a new Restaurant, their ongoing eligibility will be contingent on the program being offered by their new Operator. The Team Member must meet their new Operator’s program eligibility criteria.

The annual tuition cap for the entire restaurant for all team members is $25,000 per year. Once the tuition cap has reached $25,000 for the year, the benefit has ended and will restart the next year.

• Those that apply after the annual tuition cap has been met will be placed on a waiting list. If there is a waiting list, the highest tenured team member at this restaurant has first choice the next year.

Program may change depending on needs or goals of the store, including items such as:

• Coverage amounts
• Eligibility rules (waiting period, hours required, etc.)

Program may be revoked for any reason at the end of the year

• You will be able to complete the courses taken if this happens 
• Communication will happen in a reasonable time before this happens

Program will be reviewed yearly
