Meet Your Operator
Hi, I'm Bryan Strole, Owner/Operator of your Chick-fil-A here on Airport Road in Arden, North Carolina. I am so excited to be a part of the greater Asheville community! A little about myself:
I was born in South Florida and raised in Wake Forest, North Carolina, where I began working for Chick-fil-A when I was 15 years old at the Crabtree Valley Mall location in Raleigh, North Carolina. Becoming a team leader at 16 and a manager at 18, working at Chick-fil-A as a teenager was one of the best times in my life!
Military Experience
When I was 19, I joined the United States Air Force as an F-16 Crew Chief. Stationed at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona for five years and Osan Air Base, South Korea for one year, I was responsible for daily flight and maintenance requirements of the F-16 aircraft. I was in charge of launch, recovery, and preflight/thru flight/BPO inspections, ground handling, minor maintenance, engine runs, and servicing.
Becoming an Operator
After finishing my six year enlistment with the Air Force and graduating from graduate school with my MBA, I missed Chick-fil-A a lot. I decided to apply to become an Operator. After many interviews, I was blessed to be given the opportunity to become the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Asheville Mall in Asheville, North Carolina. After working at the Asheville Mall location for almost five years, building an amazing team and having a great experience, in 2021 I was then given the opportunity to become the Operator the Chick-fil-A, located on Airport Road in Arden, North Carolina. We are so excited for this opportunity and can't wait to serve you!
My Family
Along my journey as an Operator, I met and married my beautiful bride Lacey and we have a daughter, Ellie Mae, and son, Zachary! Along with my Lord and Savior, they are the loves of my life!
